BOTANIC is a one bedroom apartment with an en-suite bathroom. The living room is divided into a living area with a comfortable sofa (convertible into a bed) and a dining-dressing area. Through the corridor, we will reach the large kitchen with a dining corner to have a pleasant breakfast.
Regarding the services, you will find a washing machine (with detergent, drying rack, iron and ironing board), microwave, capsule coffee maker, oven and ceramic hob, as well as utensils and some other kitchen items such as a kettle or toaster. The bathroom has soap, gel-shampoo and hair conditioner, as well as towels.
The apartment is air conditioned with air conditioning, heating and double glazed windows. Large balconies and windows throughout the space make it very bright. All accommodation has been furnished with design and quality furniture.
